MAG-Net (Media Activist Grassroots Network)

The Media Action Grassroots Network (MAG-Net) is an emerging national network of regional groups dedicated to strengthening the leadership, strategy and coordination of the grassroots sector of the media reform movement. Co-coordinated by Media Alliance and the Center for Media Justice, MAG-Net is also comprised of Media Tank, the Esperanza Peace and Justice Center, the Texas Media Empowerment Project, and Reclaim the Media. Together, these groups are working to develop leadership, campaigns, organizations, and vision that reflects and respects traditionally disenfranchised communities.
